Public comment response to Rep. Matt Krause request

Jennifer Carr Allmon, executive director of the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops, has written Attorney General Ken Paxton in response to an inquiry filed by Rep. Matt Krause. On behalf of the bishops of Texas, Allmon responds to Rep. Krause's question of “Whether the federal government has failed to uphold its obligations to protect Texas from invasion under Article IV, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, and whether Texas has the sovereign power to defend itself from invasion?”
